    Thursday, July 24, 2008, 07:53 AM [General]

I'm having problemd on patterns like the shark , or stuff thats flooded outside 10. I can't seem to find a ball to backend enough for me on these type patterns. Any advice. I've tried playing every angle on the lanes but I just can't seem to be consistant on a pattern of 44ft or longer. The Scopion (42ft) I kill but maybee thats cuz outside it's not so out of bounds.  What kind of advice can you thorw my way. What ball has the most back end/recovery That maybe the anwser.

They Call me "the Lightswitch" I'm on or off

    Thursday, June 26, 2008, 10:48 AM [General]

Bolwing is really starting to become a humbleing game for me just when I think I have my game down I thow a bad set. Last week I Found myself bowling Liz Johnson for the championship of a local wednesday night sweeper league then this week I go -70 after 2 games?? LAst week on the Shark Pattern at my PBA league I shot 604 this week on the same pattern 466. So now I'm know as the Lightswitch cuz I'm on or off. Any words of encouragement would be apprected because after that 466 last night I felt like the golfer who throw his putter in the pond after a bad put I wanted to throw my arsanal in the trash and start all over. ARGH  , thanks for letting me gripe.

    Hammer does not honnor returns

    Wednesday, April 9, 2008, 09:22 AM [General]

I recently purchased a 4 ball roller from Hammer and I had several problems with it. #1 the bolts holding the wheels never stayed on. That wasn't that big a deal it was just a pain in the but running to the hardware store every other day I lost a bolt.

#2 The plastic Handel broke. After I plulled it out of the back of my suv. I didn't slam it or anything just plulled it out of my trunk and crack.

#3. The Material holding the 4th ball was made out of imitation leather and ripped very eaisily from rubbing in my trunk. Not from any knifes of abuse imo.

So I 1st went to bowling.com for a refund and they claimed I abused the bag. Which I certainly did not do. I shipped the bag to them at a cost of $35. After sending pics to Jeff Usery at Hammer USA he convinced me to Re-Ship the bag to hammer for a refund. I got the bag back a month bac with nothing in return. I really don't mind the 1st return from bowling.com but having to pay for shipping the second time after send the pictures got me. It's ba enough they are selling crappy products but they should honor their work and their word.

I'm Building a new arsenal of Bowling Balls because of this and suggest you do the same!

Fury Tour Edition hooks way more than advertized

    Wednesday, March 12, 2008, 07:43 AM [General]

Fury Tour Edition hooks way more than advertized, Don't buy this ball for a dry lane ball. This thing is my heavy oil ball now. I'm verry disapointed in Brunswick for their poor description of this ball. I was looking for somthing that would work on drier condition. THIS IS NOT THAT BALL!
