I'm having problemd on patterns like the shark , or stuff thats flooded outside 10. I can't seem to find a ball to backend enough for me on these type patterns. Any advice. I've tried playing every angle on the lanes but I just can't seem to be consistant on a pattern of 44ft or longer. The Scopion (42ft) I kill but maybee thats cuz outside it's not so out of bounds. What kind of advice can you thorw my way. What ball has the most back end/recovery That maybe the anwser.
I had problems with the longer patterns because I was using a ball with too much delay. With the ball going long due to the length of the oil, and then a late break on top of it, there was no good angle or reaction.
ScottI would recommend a strong layout if you have another ball you don't mind re-drilling, to maximize your backend on the long oil.
If not, try slowing your ball speed as much as you can, and let the revolutions take effect as the ball slows, and turns into the pocket.
