I recently purchased a 4 ball roller from Hammer and I had several problems with it. #1 the bolts holding the wheels never stayed on. That wasn't that big a deal it was just a pain in the but running to the hardware store every other day I lost a bolt.
#2 The plastic Handel broke. After I plulled it out of the back of my suv. I didn't slam it or anything just plulled it out of my trunk and crack.
#3. The Material holding the 4th ball was made out of imitation leather and ripped very eaisily from rubbing in my trunk. Not from any knifes of abuse imo.
So I 1st went to bowling.com for a refund and they claimed I abused the bag. Which I certainly did not do. I shipped the bag to them at a cost of $35. After sending pics to Jeff Usery at Hammer USA he convinced me to Re-Ship the bag to hammer for a refund. I got the bag back a month bac with nothing in return. I really don't mind the 1st return from bowling.com but having to pay for shipping the second time after send the pictures got me. It's ba enough they are selling crappy products but they should honor their work and their word.
I'm Building a new arsenal of Bowling Balls because of this and suggest you do the same!

Chuck,
VanceSorry to hear about this bag. I have had a problem with a 3 ball in-line bag and I took it back to the Pro Shop I got it from (not from internet store) and it was replaced at no charge.
